This was new to me .. and its fascinating. I am interested to hear more about the Mobile Challengers at the European Union. On first impressions – it confirms what we already know – that the newer/smaller Operators are likely to be more innovative. I never saw the agenda spelled out so clearly as this .. but overall this development is good to see and I will be exploring more.
I said in a previous post about my impressions of the LTE summit in Berlin that almost all the Opeators essentially said the same thing .. and that we will see innovation when one or more will break from the herd .. so this is a good development
