Would it depend on accuracy (e.g. 1m vs. 100m vs. 10km)? Would it depend on whether lat/long was returned, or a postcode, or a map image? Would it be preferable to have a fixed charge to the developer for a location request, or a revenue-share on a location request charged to end users?
