		<description>Hi Ajit,
An excellent post.
I too see mobile web as being widget led - in fact I see widgets making the mobile web increasingly more believable and usable on handsets.
At the moment I am trying to quantify what the traffic generated by widgets on handsets will be: i.e for the widget engine, widgets themselves (including soft and hard alerts)...and for these examples to examine small (RSS text ) to higher consumption widgets (video/rich media).
I&#039;m having a difficult time finding some ballpark figures for widget traffic - do you have any hints on locations to find this information OR any thoughts yourself?
Many thanks and keep up the leading work.
Anthony

<description>Maybe you could take a look on what we have done here, &lt;a href=&quot;http://mymobilesite.net.&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;http://mymobilesite.net.&lt;/a&gt; So instead of pushing content out to the web, the device acts as a real member of the internet.

		<description>Interesting post Ajit.
The secret sauce that you are looking for, and that is under the covers when you mention ODP, and in other posts on IMS, etc. is &quot;richer experience&quot;: from eye-candy to functionality.
I agree with what you have written here.
But note that this is a world less about Mobile Web, and more about Mobile Internet. And less about Mobile Web 2.0, and more about Mobile 2.0.
