Hi,
We have created a memorial page to pay tribute to those loved ones who have passed away and to pay tribute and remembrance to those who have touched our lives. A special page has been created for Sir Edmund Hillary at http://www.people-to-remember.com/wiki/index.php/Sir_Edmund_Hillary
Thanks,
Josh
I have few people that I consider my hero. He was one. I feel like we all knew him through his courage and humanitarianism. My deepest sympathy to his family. A life well lived.
KiaOra,
I SEND MY HEARTFELT TEARS TO SIR EDMUND HILLARYS FAMILY AND FRIENDS!
PSALM 111 VERSES 6,7,8,9,10!
I AM SURE SIR EDMUND WILL REST IN PEACE!
MATTHEW,MELISSA AND LILY DEBORAH ASHTON!
I am not a New Zealander, but I am aware of the impact Sir Ed had and will always have. I sincerely hope that more people will make an effort to follow his calling for peace and humbleness.
Such a huge loss to New Zealanders, mountain climbers, adventurers, and all that Sir Edmund came in contact with.
You were such a modest man with such a great heart for people, and so brave and so strong.
You will always be missed and you will never be forgotten!!!!
Kia Kaha my friend!!
My heart goes out to Sir Edmunds wife and family!!
